Grade 7 Piano Scales (Associated Board)


There are an awful lot of scales to learn for Associated Board Grade 7 exams. It is important imho to take a systematic approach to them. The way I do this is to focus on one note at a time. Here, for example, is the list of scales based on the note D. If my reading of the syllabus is correct, there are 49 permutations just on this one note - all are 4 octaves
